Смотря новые машины, столкнулся с тем, что производители VCDS стали шифровать файлы описаний блоков. Раньше можно было подглядеть в LBL файл и посмотреть описание групп измерений, варианты кодировки и адаптации, логины блоков.
В версиях VCDS, начиная с версии 9.12 и далее, файлы описаний блоков начинают перекочевывать в файлы с расширениями CLB.
Просмотреть содержимое файлов, кроме как подключившись к данному блоку на машине, стало невозможно.
Но выход есть: неизвестный (пока) программист написал программу конвертации файлов из CLB в LBL!

Файлы версии 11.11 в меня взять не получилось.
